Jessica Holland, MSMI, CMI
received her graduate degree in Medical Illustration in 2012 from Georgia Health Sciences University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia, currently Augusta University). She holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia, one in Ecology and the other in Scientific Illustration.
Résumé
Captivated by science and inspired by art, Jessica has a strong desire to explain scientific concepts to others through illustration and animation. After participation in multiple ecological research projects in the tropics and the Appalachian Mountains, Jessica decided to expand her abilities through graduate school. Her foundation in medical science in addition to natural science gives her a thorough understanding of scientific concepts. As a skilled artist, Jessica translates information into visuals that communicate effectively.
